DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE, INSTITUTIONAL SUPPORT
Reports to the Director of Development; responsible for implementing government, foundation, corporate foundation support; prepares written proposals, budgets, and reports. Some concert attendance and events assistance required. Bachelor's Degree required (Master''s preferred), minimum 2 years in development or related non-profit setting, exceptional grant-writing and other communication skills. Some familiarity with classical music a must; more extensive knowledge and experience an important plus. Big-picture person with excellent interpersonal skills and affinity for working as part of team. Knowledge of Raiser's Edge preferred. Salary competitive and commensurate; outstanding benefits.
