EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Springfield Art Association, a visual art organization that provides art exhibits, classes, a library, and manages a historic house, is seeking an Executive Director. The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics 1. Advanced education in arts, history and/or museums; 2. Experience and skills in management of nonprofit cultural organizations; 3. Curation of visual arts exhibitions; 4. Collections management; 5. Personnel management, public relations/marketing; 6. Communications with diverse populations, financial management, and fund raising; 7. Experience in writing and implementing grants. Salary range is $35,000 to$40,000, plus benefits.
