Policy & Resources Officer (Audience Development)
Fixed-term contract until March 2003 West Midlands Arts is part of a nation-wide funding and development organisation for the arts, and are looking for an experienced individual to join this small and friendly office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the further development of audience development activities. You will have at least three years' experience of working within the arts sector, and need in-depth understanding and experience of audience development practices, and excellent project management skills.
