Protests Stepped Up in Defence of Culture Ministry

Culture workers stepped up their protests against the folding of the culture portfolio into a much bigger ministry under the incoming government on the eve of Culture Day, with calls for a boycott of the official ceremony at which the top national prizes for artistic achievement will be handed out tonight.
