Conca joins the protest against cuts in culture

The National Council for Culture and the Arts (Conca) yesterday joined the call for a rally against budget cuts for culture. The initiative originally began on Facebook by a group of Catalan cultural associations has gained numerous supporters and is expected to bring together hundreds of people on 21 March in the heart of Barcelona, under the slogan - Don't Cut Culture .
