Cali to host National Culture Conference

Colombia's Culture Minister Paula Moreno will be joined by 64 government cultural officials from around the country. The group will discuss the successes and advances made between 2008 and 2010, as well as propose plans for Colombia's cultural prospects in 2010 to 2014.
