The CoNCA establishes a fund to purchase artwork

The National Council for Culture and the Arts (Consell Nacional de la Cultura i de les Arts - CoNCA) of Catalonia, has created a National Fund for the purchase of works of art commissioned by the Ministry of Culture and Media, to avoid another 'Centelles case', said its chairman, Francesc Guardans, during a parliamentary committee.
