Training important to end crises in cinema

Angolan minister of Culture, Rosa Cruz e Silva, highlighted Friday in Luanda, the importance of professional training and restructuring of infra-structures as mechanisms to end apathy and crises in the sectors of production, distribution and cinematographic exhibition in the country.
