Random makes link with YouWriteOn.com
Publisher Random House is to read and consider for publication all top-rated stories on the writers' website YouWriteOn.com, an Arts Council-funded site that offers peer-to-peer reviews of writers' opening chapters, and rates contributors using a chart system.
The aim of YouWriteOn.com is to help all new writers develop and to help talented writers get noticed and published. Funded by Arts Council England, YouWriteOn is free to join and open to writers of all nationalities.
The YouWriteOn.com premise is simple: writers review and rate each others' opening fiction chapters. Each month, the five highest rated new writers receive a free critique from a literary professional, who include established authors, and editors for leading literary agencies and publishers.
