Ministerial Meeting on Culture Opens in Seville
The Tenth Annual Ministerial Meeting of the International Networks on Cultural Policies will be inaugurated on Thursday by Spanish Culture Minister Cesar Antonio Molina and will be attended by ministers from 46 countries.
