Pilot artists for Taiwan-UK exchange programme revealed

The six artists who will christen the pioneering Taiwan-UK International Artist Fellowship Programme 2004 have been announced. The initiative of Arts Council England and the Visiting Arts Fellowship Programme (in partnership with the National Endowment for Culture & Arts and the British Council of Taipei), places three Taiwanese artists (Hsu Su-chen, Chen Yong and Shu Fen Yao) working in digital arts, music and dance respectively, in UK residence for three-months. Concurrently three British artists (Jeroen Speak, Daniel Saul and Andreas Constantinou), working in the same art forms, will enjoy a three-month residency in Taiwan. Visiting Arts is the chief national agency promoting the flow of international arts into the UK and developing related cultural links abroad. The International Artist Fellowship Programme honours its commitment to cultural exchange and artist opportunities. For further information, CLICK HERE.
