INCD and INCP publish reports on Cape Town meetings
Following its meeting in mid-October, the International Network on Cultural Diversity has published the Cape Town Declaration at:www.incd.net/docs/CapeTownDeclaration.htm with a report to follow next month. Similarly, the International Network on Cultural Policy has published a report noting that cultural ministers agreed to discuss with UNESCO's Director-General the feasibility of UNESCO housing and implementing an International Instrument on Cultural Diversity.
