CEO Leadership Seminar
The first IFACCA CEO Leadership Seminar was held as part of the program of the third World Summit on Arts and Culture, which took place in NewcastleGateshead on 14–18 June 2006. The seminar explored common issues faced by chief executives of arts funding agencies, how IFACCA can spotlight those issues and include them in future events; and how the group would like to network in future.
Twenty CEOs and senior executives (from 17 countries) participated in the seminar, which was chaired by Kim Evans and facilitated by Dr Jonathan Katz. The guest speaker was Lord Chris Smith, former UK Secretary of State for Culture. The report on the CEO Seminar was made available to IFACCA members only.
