Second International Seminar on Local Cultural Policy
The seminar will be held on 18 and March 19, 2010 at the Centro Cultural General San Martín, Sarmiento 1551.
It aims to create a space for dialogue, exchange and reflection on local experience and theoretical approaches, linked to local cultural policy planning.
Participating leading practitioners in different cities of Latin America and Europe. Through conferences and roundtables, the experts invited to share their opinions, analysis, planning and cultural experiences of cities and institutions they represent.
