International Conference on African Culture and Development (ICACD)
The Secretariat for the International Conference on African Culture and Development (ICACD) has re-scheduled the 2009 Conference with the new dates being November 15th to 18th 2009. The 2009 ICACD conference will take place in Accra, Ghana and will bring together academics, policy makers, artists, cultural workers and representatives from NGO’s and Government agencies. The themes for the 2009 Conference will address the impact of culture on achieving the Millennium Development Goals.
