Experimenta 3.0
The third Experimenta Colombia, Latin Festival of Electronic Arts, will take place September 11-25 in Bogotá, Colombia and will feature artists like Eder Santos, from Brazil, and Fernando Llanos, from México. This Festival expects to be a platform for various projects that deal with research, exhibition, reflection and education in the electronic arts. The exhibitions will comprise a retrospective of the Brazilian artist Eder Santos, exhibits of the artwork of the Argentinean Eugenia Calvo and the Taiwanese Kung-Yu Tsui, and six samples of contemporary video presented by guest curators like Solange Farkas (Brazil), Claudia Zaldivar (Chile) and Carlos Trilnick (Argentina) among others. The exhibitions of Eder Santos, Eugenia Calvo and Kung-Yu Tsui can be visited at the Santa Fe Gallery of the District’s Planetarium and the libraries Virgilio Barco and El Tunal between September 11-19. The conferences will be given at the Gilberto Alzate Avendaño Foundation.
