The Value and Importance of Art in Health Care
On March 7, 2008, leaders in the fields of art and science will convene at The Museum of Modern Art to discuss how health care organizations and cultural institutions can promote diverse and stimulating environments that culturally enrich our hospitals, patients, and care givers. Colleagues will discuss current research that validates the notion that the arts enhance healing and will present models of arts programs and innovative collaborations between museums and health care institutions.
