Translocality: Discussing Culture and Change in the 21st Century
The Canadian Anthropological Society (CASCA), the Society for the Anthropology of North America (SANA) and the Facultad de Ciencias Antropológicas (UADY), are presenting Translocality: Discussing Culture and Change in the 21st Century, from May 3 to 8, 2005 in Merida, Mexico. More than 400 papers have been registered for this tri-national, tri-lingual conference, which will explore issues of locality, translocality, nationality and transnationality, within cultural and anthropological frameworks.
