New Multicultural Spaces
Pre-conference: Congress on Cultural Rights and Human Development 23-27 August 2004 Barcelona, Spain. This is being organised in the framework of the Universal Forum of Cultures 2004. It is expected to be a major encounter of experts, international organizations and networks working in different fields related to cultural rights and human development, the event's aims include lasting effects on ongoing debates on culture, diversity, rights and cultural indicators for human development, by bringing together agents from several fields and several countries.
