The Singapore Arts Festival 2003 Outreach programme includes large-scale events and a strong streets arts focus and works to complement the Festival's Core Programme. The Outreach programme is made up of Arts on the Move, Special events, Kidsfest, and Weekend Highlights, and aims to bring the festival to a wider audience.
