Ministry of Culture shares local magement model
The National Director of Cultural Development Areas of the Ministry of Culture, Georgina Hernandez, presented the local management model to officals and representatives of Central American Institutions in an international seminar about policies and strategies for local cultural management in Costa Rica on 21-24 March. The seminar was organised by DEMUCA together with the Ministry of Culture and Youth of Costa Rica, Un Habitat, MDG Achievement Fund and others.
