Supporting international arts activity – D’art Survey #40

IFACCA is inviting national arts funding agencies to respond to a survey about how they manage support for international arts activities.

This is the first stage of a research project which aims to identify the critical issues for national arts funding agencies in supporting international arts activities; and gather information from those agencies about their priorities for international activities in other countries and how these priorities are determined and evaluated.

The results will be used to prepare a discussion paper that will be presented at meetings of the IFACCA board and other members during September and October 2010. The aim is to publish a D’art Report following this consultation process.

We hope that this area of research will be of interest to all countries working to create international opportunities for their artists.

The survey is available in English, French and Spanish.

Please contact Lisa Cahill, IFACCA Research Project Manager, at l.cahill@ifacca.org if you would like to contribute to the survey or know more about this project.  Responses are due 9 July 2010.
