ConnectCP now available in Portuguese!
ConnectCP is pleased to announce that search functionality and expert profiles are now available in Portuguese thanks to our partnership with the Organización de Estados Iberoamericanos (OEI).
It was also thanks to this partnership that ConnectCP Iberoamericano was launched in 2008. ConnectCP Iberoamericano aims to facilitate exchanges between cultural policy experts within Latin America, and with their Spanish and Portuguese speaking colleagues from other regions.
Last year, French functionality was added to the database thanks to a partnership with the Canadian Cultural Observatory which saw the creation of ConnectCP Canada. This has resulted in a much greater number of French-speaking experts from around the world – particularly Africa – adding their profiles to ConnectCP.
With the addition of Portuguese, Spanish and French search possibilities, ConnectCP hopes to further stimulate exchange, dialogue and international work as well as promote diversity across a wider array of world regions.
