Try the new look IFACCA Directory

Looking for information on a ministry if culture or an arts council in another country – or want to check your own country’s data is correct? The new look IFACCA Directory is the most comprehensive international listing of arts councils and ministries of culture. Look for the map on the right-hand-side of the IFACCA website, www.ifacca.org and simply select a country from the drop-down menu.

For each country, the Directory contains detailed information for the main national government arts support agency, including, where possible:

Contact information
  • Postal and street addresses
  • Phone and fax numbers
  • General email address
  • Website address
  • A link to the publications page of the agency’s website

Key personnel
  • Name of the agency’s chief executive officer or head of the ministry's arts department
  • Name of the agency’s head (eg chair, president or minister)

Country information
  • Link to ACORNS news, publications and events for that country
  • Link to the culture portal of the country

Basic information on the country’s other key arts agencies can be accessed via the tabs at the bottom of each Directory entry. There are tabs for:
  • other national government arts support agencies;
  • subnational (ie state, provincial or regional) government arts support agencies; and
  • other key arts and culture agencies such as nonprofits and NGOs.

The Directory is generated directly from IFACCA’s database, so the information is updated as soon as IFACCA becomes aware of any changes. We create a printed copy of the Directory for distribution to members and at World Summits.

Why not have a look at the directory entry for your country and see if the information is up-to-date? We appreciate your help in keeping the Directory current.
