ConnectCP now in French and Spanish
Thanks to two key partnerships, ConnectCP, the who's who of experts in cultural policy, planning and research, is now available in Spanish and French.
Spanish language functionality has been made possible by a partnership between IFACCA and the Organización de Estados Iberoamericanos (OEI) and Interarts to develop ConnectCP Iberoamericano. For more on this project, click here.
Last year, French functionality was added to the database thanks to a partnership with the Canadian Cultural Observatory, which saw the creation of ConnectCP Canada. For more on this project, click here.
With the addition of Spanish and French, ConnectCP will stimulate ever greater exchange, dialogue and international diversity in cultural policy, planning and research.
As a ConnectCP profile holder: the option is now available to make your profile more widely available by adding your job title, summary and biography in French and Spanish as well as English. The 'generic' parts of each profile (such as your interests), will be automatically translated.
As a visitor to the website: you can now search using French or Spanish keywords. In addition, when in the French and Spanish parallel sites, you can search with drop-down lists in the selected language, and searches can be restricted to profiles with Spanish and French language elements.
