Farewell and thanks to Artshub

This edition, number 141, marks the end of an era for ACORNS. Since 14 January 2002, ACORNS has been produced for us every two weeks by Melbourne company, Arts Hub, but from the 23 August 2007, IFACCA staff will compile and distribute the newsletter using our new website and database. While the first edition of ACORNS was distributed to 235 people, it now reaches over 3,500 people in 175 countries! We would like to say thank you to the whole Arts Hub team, and particularly David Eedle, for their great work in producing the newsletter and our website. We wish them well with their new business ventures.

Remember that each edition of ACORNS is archived so there are now more than 4,000 resource items on www.ifacca.org Our new website, due to be launched next week, will make navigating this vast pool of information easier and quicker. More news on the new website in coming editions.

We look forward to continuing to bring you a high standard newsletter tailored to the needs of people working in arts and cultural policy. Once we have the methodology for producing ACORNS well established, we will review its design, but for now you should not notice any significant change in its look or content. If you have any comments or feedback, please do not hesitate to email us at info@ifacca.org Your comments will help us ensure that ACORNS continues to meet your needs.
