Our latest D'Art query (number 32) comes from Professor Graeme Evans, director of the Cities Institute at London Metropolitan University. Professor Evans seeks the IFACCA network's help in uncovering 'toolkits', 'how to' and 'best practice' guides that aim to help regional and local cultural planners assess cultural infrastructure needs, plan for cultural provision and deliver cultural programs and services. Professor Evans, with Phyllida Shaw, produced the international literature review on arts and culture in regeneration, which served as background to the third World Summit on Arts and Culture in June 2006.
