IFACCA to be an observer at OAS meeting
Executive Director, Sarah Gardner, will be an observer at the Third Inter-American Meeting of Ministers of Culture and Highest Appropriate Authorities, to be held within the framework of the Inter-American Council for Integral Development of the Organisation of American States (OAS), in Montreal, Canada this month. Ms Gardner will also use the opportunity to meet with the new Director of the Canada Council, Robert Sirman, and participate in a meeting of the Canadian Public Arts Funders in Toronto.
