NEW IFACCA MEMBERS
We are delighted to welcome three new IFACCA members: Romanian Ministry of Culture and Religious Affairs. The ministry is responsible for government policies and programs on arts, culture, religious affairs and cinematography. A summary of the ministry's roles and responsibilities in English can be found at the European Culture Portal. Administration of the National Culture Fund (NCF), Romania. The NCF supports cultural projects based on the advice of independent experts. It also supports international cultural exchanges in collaboration with the Romanian Ministry of Culture and Religious Affairs, and holds information sessions for artists and cultural organisations. New Brunswick Arts Board, Canada. This arm's length arts support agency supports professional artists through a variety of programs, and organises regional and international conferences, such as the 2nd Atlantic Cultural Space Conference on The Creative Municipality in September 2005.
