IFACCA attends its first INCP meeting

Directly after the board meeting in Colombia, IFACCA's Executive Director, Sarah Gardner, travelled to Dakar, Senegal, to be an observer at the eighth annual ministerial meeting of the International Network of Cultural Policy from 21 to 23 November. IFACCA's Chair, Risto Ruohonen, also attended the meeting as the head of the Finnish delegation.
