Welcome To Our Newest Members
IFACCA is pleased to welcome three new members. The Ministère de la Communauté française, the cultural agency for Belgium's French Community, joined us late last year as a Founding Member. And two new affiliates have joined in 2003: independent cultural policy, planning and management adviser, Sue Boaden, Australia; and the Hong Kong Arts Development Council.
