World Summit To Create Connections
The theme for the Second World Summit on the Arts and Culture, to be held in Singapore on 23-26 November 2003, will be Creating Connections: Trends in government Support for Artistic Creativity. The Summit will provide excellent opportunities to network with leaders in public financing of the arts and debate how governments 'create connections' - between individuals, communities, organisations and other government sectors - to strengthen support for the arts and culture. The Summit will be presented by the National Arts Council of Singapore in partnership with IFACCA. Conflict Of Interest - New Report Released

Arts And Disability Policies - Can You Help?
The latest D'Art question, on arts and disability policies, was circulated today to coincide with the International Day of Disabled Persons www.un.org/depts/dhl/dispersons. The query comes from the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, which is looking for arts and disability policies from like organisations around the world so that it can refine its own policies.
