IFACCA BOARD TO MEET IN BARCELONA
The interim board of IFACCA will hold its next six-monthly meeting in Barcelona on 7-8th November. In addition to regular business, it will discuss the World Summit and other initiatives planned for 2003 and will welcome Jonathan Katz, Executive Director of the US National Association of State Arts Agencies to assist in IFACCA's strategic planning. The meeting will provide an opportunity for the board to meet representatives of various government and cultural agencies.
