New publication portals to make research easier

IFACCA's website now has two small but really useful 'portal' pages to help you find publications on arts and cultural policy. One portal provides links to the publication lists of 24 arts councilsand culture funding agencies around the world. The other portal provides links to major on-line bibliographies and databases on arts and cultural policy. Please try them and let us know what you think.
