CAN YOU HELP?: TAX PROVISIONS FOR ARTS PHILANTHROPY
IFACCA's latest D'Art question (number 7) is from the Taxation and Cultural Statistics Section of Australia's Department of Communications, Information Technology and the Arts. They seek information on the income tax mechanisms used by other countries to encourage philanthropic giving to the arts. We have already received valuable responses from Professor Mark Schuster and the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport and will publish an overview of replies in August. http://www.ifacca.org/en/files/dart7.pdf
