First affiliate members join IFACCA

Americans for the Arts, the Asian Cultural Council, the International Network on Cultural Policy and the National Culture and Arts Foundation of Taiwan were among the first round of affiliate members welcomed by the IFACCA board at its recent Singapore meeting.
