Report on IFACCA's board meeting
Meeting in Singapore, 22-23 April, IFACCA's interim board approved not just the host of the 2003 World Summit but also the new staff exchange scheme (FLEx), the draft constitution, the board election process and the first round of affiliate members. The Board also met with arts agencies from across Asia and welcomed its new member, Fernando Vicario, an expert on Latin American arts and culture. See the media release for more details.
