Draft constitution released for comment

All national arts councils and ministries are being asked for feedback on IFACCA's draft constitution. Copies are available on the website. Comments are due by 12 April. The final constitution will be presented for ratification at the inaugural General Assembly, which will coincide with the next World Summit on the Arts and Culture.
