Panama joins the Federation

Website now in Spanish
IFACCA's website is now available in Spanish. http://www.ifacca.org/sp/index.html. The French translation will be available mid-year. Deadline approaching for comments on draft constitution
National arts councils and ministries have one more week to comment on IFACCA's draft constitution. Copies were mailed in January and are also available on the website, in English, Spanish and French. Comments are due by 12 April. The board will review feedback at its April meeting and then a final draft will be circulated in mid-2002. The final constitution will be presented for ratification at the inaugural General Assembly, which will coincide with the next World Summit on the Arts and Culture. more >
